We had the pleasure of working with Progress Builders on the construction of a new home on our property referred to as an Accessory Dwelling Unit. It was a very custom 900 sq foot building. Chris was generous with his time, patience and expertise throughout the process of idea development, bid solicitation and the actual execution of the project. Chris has decades of experience and relationships throughout the region so he was able to secure contracts with wonderful subcontractors. In the case that work was not completed to his standards he was very professional with subcontractors but we always felt that our satisfaction and success was his priority. He also has great insight into energy and cost efficient building methods. He was also able to get the job done quicker than we could have imagined it happening. The process of digging up your front yard and spending a lot of money is not pleasant but Chris ferried us through the process with a great amount of patience and kindness and we feel great about the finished project and trust that it will be very low maintenance.

Basement Remodel
Chris helped me remodel my unfinished basement in record time and budget. Being first time homeowners and having no contacts in the industry it was a breeze working with Chris. His strengthened relationships in the build/remodel realm show the quality of his work. Special call outs to his electrical and HVAC contacts who would park in our drive way 20 mins before the start time of a task. Chris is very knowledgeable, practical and cost conscious in his approach to the work. I am very glad he took up our project and delivered quality results that everyone talks about when they visit our home.
